Panguna:

Still a No-Go-Zone.

 

After the Panguna mine was closed in 1989 rebel leader Francis Ona declared Panguna a "No-Go-Zone". In 2005 Ona died. But Panguna remained No-Go-Zone even if the today's few rebels left  give a pitiable image.
