Bougainville's richness in minerals attracts free riders and conmen as well. Some of them are locals, most of them come from abroad. They are attracted by gold, silver, copper and other precious base metals like moths by the light. Their activities are exposed in our section BACKDOOR PLAYERS that you find on the left!
